Google Docs

I decided to do a survey for this assignment. I would use this for a teacher inservice or lecture so that I can get input on what was interesting, needs improvement or not necessary.

I opened google.com/forms  and started to create my survey.  There are templates but I decided to create my own.  I picked some multiple choices, a linear scale  multiple choice and  drop down questions.

I decided to ask questions concerning the presidential candidates from 2016.  I found an "interesting facts about the candidates" page on line and chose some of the questions. I also watched this video from you tube which helped me get started .

When I finished the survey i save it and embedded it into my blog. I did change the size because it over took the blog page.  The next task is to click settings so that you can assign people to take the survey.
